Trying to find nether growth

Ive finally made it to the nether and found a fortress but I cant seem to find nether growth. Do all nether fortresses have nether growth in them?

Do you mean Nether Wart? It's found around staircases in Nether Fortresses if it's there at all.

NetherWART is found in some fortresses. Nether Growth is MADE by the player and can not be found occurring naturally.

Nether Wart (for potions) have been in every fortress I've found but remember; fortresses can often generate surrounded by nether rack. Happy hunting.

Just look around for netherwart. It is located under some staircases. Nether groth, however, is an abomination, even to hell itself, and can only be made by someone and twisted and evil as Steve.
