What are you watching right now?

Just a fun little topic that I've seen have some success on other forums.

As for me, I just finished watching the Sozin's Comet episodes of Avatar: The Last Airbender.

Easily one of my most favourite cartoons ever.

I have a few ongoing series that I watch;

TV Shows;
Fringe, Game of Thrones.
I watch these 2 as soon as they come out :P.

There are a few others shows that I used to watch, and will likely take up again at some point when I have some more free time available; House (left at season 5), Breaking Bad (left halfway season 2).

Anime;
Fairy Tail, Hunter X Hunter (new one).
Stalking Fairy Tail like there is no tomorrow, I am totally addicted to that.

There are a few other shows that I watch, but don't really stay up to date with or simply have not finished watching yet. I just watch this every now and than when I get bored :P; To Lure ru, Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai

I also really like Burn Notice, although you can't watch it out of order. It's action/comedy and really quite good. I've probably sat through the pilot 4-5 times just to introduce it to other people. New season for it starts in June though.

I tried to get into Game of Thrones. Made it through the first season but I just couldn't pick it back up after the break. Other than that I pretty much just follow Doctor Who and How I Met Your Mother for my NPH fix. Sometimes I crack open an old episode of Top Gear or Battlestar Galactica as well. I don't really have time for anything else anymore.

Too many times a promising series has gotten my expectations up during the first season only to cruelly smash my hope and spit on its broken and battered body during the following seasons. While once upon a time I was a young and naive glutton for punishment and kept coming back in the vain desire that perhaps we'd finally reached the bottom of Pandora's box, these days I say enough is enough (and "banana", because banana is the safe word) and just stick to series that have multiple seasons and have proved that they can deliver.

Unfortunately, the list is pretty short and more or less only consists of Doctor Who (and perhaps the new Sherlock Holmes series, there are so few episodes per season that it's hard to tell).

I usually only try and watch a couple shows at a time, lest I get distracted and don't finish any of them. At the moment though...

-Doctor Who, specifically running through the entire Tennant set
-Darker Than Black, a really nice anime that I've recently started in on.

I also mean to marathon through Avatar sometime soon - I've hear wonderful things about it and want to see for myself what all of the hype is about!
