Can I use dung as brown dye on Kaevators beams?

Just a quick question, somewhere I read that dung could be used to dye wool, now I'm curious if I can dye caevators beams brown with it?
(I a bit far away of getting any dung yet, and don'T want to install TMI cuz then I can't stop useing it)

You can use dung to dye wool brown, but what do you mean elevator beams? I'm confused...

There is no such thing as a "dye item". It's all recipes.

So the answer is, no you can't use it as dye and the mod authors will never do it. It is, however, possible to add recipes yourself, which should be easy enough to do (there's tools for it).

dyeing those beams are like dyeing sheeps, it doesn't need crafting table or anything, you just right click the placed beam with the desired dye, and it's done, the proble is that cocoa beans are so rare (I wanted to install coral reef mod, so I could get brown dye from coralls, but I faced some problems wich I can't remember now, but maybe I'll give it a 2nd try someday)

Does the mod use the Forge?

If so, there should be ways for him and FC to work out small things like this.
