I have vegas, but it recompresses everything :( The quality on the vids is already bad enough

Just set it to a different encoder. I'm not too sure how to do it with Vegas, but you should be able to get away with compression with very little quality debuff.

Actually, I finally figured out how to better organize my videos through livestream website, so I'm just going to take the youtube stuff down. Thanks for the help though kwilt!

Also I'm going to start my stream in 15 min. or so. Going to do like I've done the past few nites with a bit of music and some beautification.

Tonite's stream may begin or end early, or may even have a few hour intermission. I have to be up early to take my grandfather to the VA, but my sleep schedule is so out of wack rite now, that I don't really know when I am gonna be able to catch some Z's.

So in short, tonites stream is tentative :P

He was playing Mount and Blade. Apparently it's one of the most realistic medieval combat games about, and he mightily enjoys that fact. ;)
