Server's very unstable at the moment. Repeatedly dropped my connection, and at the last time, I logged in to find myself in a tiny cave that consisted of a 3x2x1 space with two doors. Moved around a bit in there, and died to suffocation damage.

Didn't lose anything too important, only about half a stack of obsidian, some iron, some glowstone dust, and a bit of TNT for excavating.

That will all be resolved this weekend. :) It is still using outdated plugins and all that, did not update them as they are being wiped soon anyway :P

I previously played on a big public server, wich had died because it was not able to jump on the 1.2 new map format train.
Surprisingly, I have noticed that this server came back to live, but with a new map, and a new system. While there was slowly coming the ol´ players back, I got annoyed by the fact that my builds are gone, and the server went more and more creative.

Thank you for your interest everybody. You are all more than welcome to come and play on Edolas, however for now I would like to postpone new invites/whitelists for a few days. Let's say a week after this weekend, just to see how busy the server gets with those that already have been whitelisted.

If it does get busy again, properly busy, I will simply increase the server specs/slots again. =)

Here is the plan in regards to BTW;
Tomorrow the 30th around 15:00 (GMT) I will take the server offline and start the full backups. Once done I will wipe all the plugins and unused things (including the beyond-dead anarchy map) and set it up with BTW. If anybody is online at this time I will obviously give a heads up before anything goes down.

Really looking forward to this, though I still probably won't have much time to play for at least another month. Also wondering what new and interesting things I can do with the arena now... guess I procrastinated enough on the "pretty" parts and may be able to do what I really wanted to with it.

Now to start farming hemp and cane in large quantities (well, once I get back to more normal amounts of free time)

It's more the FTP connection to the server. Half a million (not kidding) files that have to be downloaded 1 by 1 takes some time sadly. :P
