Silk touch enchanted tools

the silk touch picks can't get cobblestone, loose cobblestone slabs, they just get stone items. also the axes enchanted with can't get chests. will test with more items around.
tested with BTW 4.AABABABA, Decoaddon

I setup loose cobble slabs and chests for silk touch. Regular cobble slabs will have to wait a bit, as they're currently sharing a blockID with a bunch of others, which complicates matters slightly.

I also notice a bunch of stair blocks were missing silk touch capability, and added that in as well.

Definitely let me know here if anyone else spots blocks that aren't working right in this regard.

New clay is intentional due to the need for conversions with old blocks. I'll take a look at walls.
