>.< sorry for little to no activity from me as of late, just got a new job and i am pulling 10 hour shifts (that and the 45 min drive each way) means that i have less than less time to play on the server (gotta keep up mah YT episodes mang!) also.. internet has been pretty fucking spotchy with the flooding in the area as of late.. shit got real when trying to battle mobs now xD Anyways please dont write me off as dead (yet) just that my other life is kinda eating away at this one! ^_^/

We have had some seriously cool stuff going on in the server lately!! I am very happy with the progress currently. I think we have had 2 people start on the windmill contest! Bob and I have a sweet item transferring system that I am quite happy with! :D I am working on getting some tree farms going however I will manage that I do not know yet. Apparently the old line of block dispensers does not work anymore. The darn trees won't grow! So if anyone has any ideas let me know. I also have a smooth stone generator that is one of three or four I would like to have running. Nothing overly big just a nice 10 BDs in a row with a piston pushing the stone across. So I have a good bit of storage. Next I plan to get a mossy cobble gen. (I hope) and an auto cracked/mossy stone brick making system. I also would like to start building a mob trap since I have all this smooth stone now. Thinking about building a sky trap does anyone know if FC ever nerfed them or if he plans to still? Would also like to start setting up some obsidian beacons. So a wither hunter would be great! Also please note I think I will be building a new base that will be somehow connected to the one I already have. I plan to build it near by to my current one, Really my plan for this is more space and so I can have the chance to start more automated projects. I think I might just build this one above ground :) So if anyone wants to see it or help with ideas or the actual building of it let me know.

Updated to 4.80. Please make sure you update your minecraft client to the latest 4.80b update as Edolas has a tumerous stoneblock somewhere that makes your client crash without the 4.80b medkit patch. =) Mega thanks to FlowerChild for the speedy assistance.

Keep all airships and other air born vehicles out of the no-fly area. Any found in this area will be shot down by whatever guns the HMS Inconceivable may have at that point. If your airship/air born vehicle enters this area without permission by mistake we will escort you out. The HMS Royal Guard is not responsible for any damages caused to any fleet ships you launch in our flight zone.

Note- Feel free to come by the area and take a gander at the majesty of this massive currently unfinished vessel! She is beautiful!
Also more fleet ships for the HMS Royal Guard would be fantastic as would any oak logs you have. Wgurgh has gone through a huge number of stacks of logs while building the HMS Inconceivable. (also requesting designs for oak wood tree farms that collect logs NOT planks!)

Can I join the sever? :) I'm still pretty new to btw as I've not made any huge fancy automated machines yet (had help with a chicken and poo farm tho! :D) but I've been playing minecraft since about october or so and btw since novemeber or december (don't remember exactly when)

I try to be active on the forums but I really don't wanna get banned so a lot of my talking has probably been on the Better Than Solo forum thread or in the off topic threads xD

In an attempt to get a bit of activity on the server again, I thought it would be fun to have a bit of a competition. Last time, we had a timed build (first to..) challenge. This time, I think it will be a aesthetic build challenge.

So here is the challenge! Build a new windmill or waterwheel (or combined) building that powers a millstone. Functionality of the millstone (space/water streams) is optional and completely up to you, it's all about aesthetics, what looks best. =)

The prize that is up for grabs, is a Crayon Physics Deluxe Steam Key!

Rules:
- It has to be a new build.
- Screenshots from start and build phase.*
- You can use any materials you want, as big or small and complicated as you want.
- You can work cooperatively, but there is only one prize.
- Screenshots from end result without a texture pack.**

The competition duration is not set in stone. As in: As soon as I have received the first 3 entries, there will be 2 weeks left for others to contribute/finish. I want at least 3 entries through, once the 3rd has been received I will clearly state on which day the competition ends for final submissions.

*In addition to the end result, I want to see a picture at the start of the build, and halfway through. To see the progress, and confirm it is a new build.
**You are welcome to design your build in any texture pack you want, and I would love to see screenshots in your design/texture pack. However, to judge the various builds fairly, I'd like to see the end result (screenshots) without a texture pack as well.
