Hemp
I was starting to play the mod today and i planted some hemp seeds to make somthing but the hemp didn't grow. I was able to plant it but i couldn't use bonemeal or foul food on it to make it grow.

That's intentional. (I mean the foul food/bonemeal part)

Hemp takes a long time to grow and needs to be either out in the open with nothing at all between it and the sky or have a light source that has a luminescence of 15 placed with two blocks space over the dirt.
