Here's my guess:
All the wolves that were ever used in any "experimentation" are brought back to life. Hence the reason he was at Dingleberry's tomb in the beginning.

Oh yeah of course I didn't mean the mod itself. Like you said it is way outside the realm of BTW. I just meant that the guy making this mod had mentioned something about working on connecting the carts. Figured it was pretty much what everyone here was suggesting :)

Hey! I had this problem too. Most likely, you did the same thing as me. I was using the 1.7.2 modloader, not the 1.7.3 modloader.
