Re: automate TNT production
disclaimer: i may be misinformed.
1. mining charges must be crafted by hand
2. tnt is auto refined in the cauldron (EDIT: stewing pot...) , not crucible
2 is just a bit of trivia but you cant get around #1 i do like your thinking though
EDIT: i need to stop speed reading....

its sad that what all the smiths are saying is true... the human mind just cannot accept a utopian society, without competition, struggle, or so called "evil", the mind rejects it as false reality

Re: My single problem with BTW.
this thread has turned into a very deep debate/discussion over the subconcious/semi-concious. i love this kind of philosophical conversation, it really makes you review the human psyche(spelling? pronounciation to clarify: "psy-kee")

imagine this scene: -----A young man walking happily with a smile on his face, staring into the screen of a cellphone while walking on a sidewalk in a deserted, rainy downtown area. Why is this man happy? his friends just texted him and told him that 1.3 came out today. what diffrence does that make...

Re: My single problem with BTW.
You know. of all the ways this *could* have been done, the way FC did it was the best. He is adding a *lot* of awesome gameplay. and a story that fits. And keep in mind GAME play. It is just a game, you don't have to go outside your home on a full moon to do some arcane ritual in order to play this...

i dont think this is too bad: for stoking my bellows i have never used the redstone torch on a block on a turntable. i always used regular clocks and repeater clocks and hybrid clocks(combining the 2 aforementioned) also, my first test of the "redneck fishing" was in a 1x1x1 pool of water....

Re: good luck FC!
well, if I want to be technical i meant "good luck" as a general synoymistic(is that a word?) phrase of goodwill, not nessicarily (but possibly) with actual luck involved.... lol I just confused myself with such a simple phrase....

seeing as 1.3 has been released and there have been huge changes to the code base as predicted, i would like to wish you luck while updating the mod, dude! i love this mod and frankly (other than multiplayer with close friends) it is the only reason i play minecraft anymore, this mod puts a deranged...

my favorite part (though miniscule and a very small part of the presentation) was when the guy was reading shakespere(im not done yet. i know what youre thinking, that is not the good part) BUT in the background an orchestra was playing Nimrod, the 9th variation in Enigma Variations, my favorite son...

mine is rather simple, A.D.A is my initals and a few years back when i wanted to play runescape (as was the fad around school at the time) and i had to have at least 5 characters the "create an account" software sent back a few suggestions. ada221 was the first one and it stuck

Re: My latest build
well, it was not bluntly stated in one thread, but it seemed to be implied that this "portal" (from the old video that you took down a while back) was possibly an end portal and when combined with the fact that you didnt want to include end resources in the tech tree because of thier inacc...

Re: My latest build
Actually, that's a damn good idea. It's not at all what I'm working on, but a damn good idea none the less. It totally solves the problem of not being able to include any end-resources in the mod because of their limited availability, as well as solving the problem with old worlds not being able to...

not to be unaprreicitave, but is there a reason that for every update you use mediafire instead of a direct download? i always fear going to mediafire since three viruses that mcafee has failed to stop(from the site, not the mod files).... i really dont know how to make that sound "not whiny&qu...
