Eyes of Ender recipe

I can't seem to make them. did the recipe get changed? IF so, can someone tell me how to make them nowadays?

Villager trading is now a large part of the mod. Go find a village, make a base out there and get cozy, it's going to take you a while to figure out how it all works. You can level them up and eyes of ender are a guaranteed trade for one of the villagers once it reaches max level.
