So I'm need of venom sacks and jungle is far far away.. Built a little collecting system and let it run couple nights. First double chest is almost full, but not a single venom sack :(

Do i have to hit them with looting sword, build emerald beacon or what?

According to the old patch notes, only jungle spiders drop venom sacks, not cave spiders. You'll need to build a secondary base near a jungle.
