Fixing a Map Mistake

Hey, I accidentally opened a map in the wrong place while working on my map wall, and I was trying to find a way to recover it. I was browsing around for vanilla MC solutions, but I'm getting the impression maps have been changed since our version.
If anything it might be nice to have a less-than-full-size map around for my home base and stuff, but I really want to use it for... Anything else XD

you can use the bootsies to resize maps I'm quite sure. I think it's just bootsies and a map in the crafting grid.

Yepp, just imagine yourself jumping on it to smoosh it to a smaller size.
