Does anyone know this song? Haunting Vocal Soundtrack thingy

I've heard this many times over the years, on movies and games. I can't remember the movies I heard this on, but I remember both on the game Dracula: Ressurection, and on the game Xenosaga. You can hear it on this clip of the Dracula game, on the first 12 seconds:

It's also on the begining of this Xenosaga, the song is called Song of Nephilim.

The Xenosaga song has the same vocals, but the rest of the song is different, its obviously based on the same song the Dracula song was based off, which is... what? It seems like this song is everywhere, but I can't find anything about it...

Anyone happens to ever have heard this?

As I say, I think it's just a sample of the vocals similar to the ones you posted. I've tried searching for the composer Laurent Parisi but that hasn't turned anything up either.
