Create books using scored/tanned leather

Currently we have to kill a fresh cow to make a book, please add the ability to create books (not high efficiency) using all sources of leather and not just raw unprocessed ones.
This was changed in Version 4.70 - Removed the high efficiency book and item frame recipes using Tanned Leather, as that functionality is now replaced more elegantly by Cut Leather.
