Is the forum layout original?
Just wondering if Sarg came up with the layout of the forum himself, or if it's from a specific template.
Quality comes before quantity.

It's a standard phpBB layout, as far as I know. Seen it on countless other forums.

I like standard. Standard is good.

It's the Subsilver2 theme, one of the two that come default with phpBB.
