The Piggrinder is currently topping my list of most ridiculous mods... "Oh gee, let's install a meat grinder in a pig and have it spit out dozens of porkchops while it runs around, still alive!" I mean, I *already* have multiple strategic pork reserves, and... just, why?

Same reason why BTW has a companion cube wolf.

I can't find any IDList mod since MC ModCenter changed the layout! :(

On another note, I tried Super Slopes a while back. It looks pretty, but that's a lot of IDs just to look pretty, so I uninstalled it and never looked back. But Kaevator just released a new smaller mod that might have gotten lost in the noise. A quick test in 1.7.3 with BTW shows that it works.

Note that you put framing on the side of a block - it is not a block.

Kaevator Timber Framing

p.s. That's Kaevator's picture, so of course it shows the slopes too.

Yeah it does, but I had to go to the site to find out what it did.
ID resolver
This is a mod that hooks into blocks and items, so that instead of throwing an exception when a block ID conflicts or just overwriting the existing item when a new one tries to conflict, this mod actually opens up a window where you can select the new ID for that block or item.
It's FC mod, he just lets us play it.

To me that sounds like a good thing. Is it actually not? D;

Mo Creatures has different wolves that load in addition to vanilla wolves. I didn't notice anything funky with vM wolves, but I didn't poke at them too much.

The following mods are 100% compatible, if anyone is willing to list them:

TehKrush's Timber mod
Epinull's sound mod enabler
Scokeev9 tools mod
Divisor's smart moving mod

To the above

We need an error log. My first guess would be to look at the IDs, and my second guess is to disable axe changes.

Ah, alright.

I suppose I should have added a title. Sometimes when it's early in the morn, I forgot to do a lot of stuff.

But, if the reason why some mods are not compatible with BTW is blocks, this should be a problem solver. That was a multitude of mods could be placed in the same Minecraft.

If coding's the problem, then all I have is /shrug

Based on the mod description, it looked like Smart Moving might interfere with rope climbing. Unfortunately, it does, but I still listed it as semi-compatible because it otherwise works.

Sound Mod Enabler hasn't been updated yet.

Sound mod enabler was updated by one of the forumers (he posted up a link on the 2nd last page, and it works :P)
I noticed the rope didn't work after trying to climb some sadly. I never mentioned it because I thought the rope used the same code as the ladder, I guess they are still different though. It is only a minor part of the mod however, so it is mostly compatible.

You can create a page on the wiki. That way anyone can contribute.

Finally figured out how to get a second launcher going. Now I can have multiple versions of MC with different mod sets without having to switch around the .minecraft folders every time I want to play with different mods. Don't know if everyone has already figured this out ages ago or not, but if anyone wants help with it, I can show them how (with Windows, anyway).

EDIT: Welp, so much for that idea. I'll keep trying to tinker with it, since it does seem to half-work, but right now it's extremely messy. Posted this before I went to work, and should have tested it out a bit more even though it appeared to work brilliantly at the time.

EDIT: Ok, got it working pretty nicely, and tested it out multiple times. Looking good, and posted a guide here.

I'll port my list over, probably at some point later today... Anybody know of an automated tool to reformat from BBCode to Wiki?

Can you outline any compatibility issues such as overridden classes, conflicting blocks, etc, particularly for the more complex mods like Buildcraft?

I didn't know you *could* - I've just been copying and deleting backups, which isn't *that* time-consuming, but it's still kind of annoying. Is there an explanatory page you found somewhere, or do you mind outlining the process here?
