Recently I have been playing on the better than solo server and last night myself and thekillman had a little thought about bats and I thought all of you here would get a kick out of the conversation, so here is a screenshot of the conversation (and what we spoke about before it while I was sitting at the enderman farm)

They are not totally useless, I use them to notice if there is a cave nearby

Of course caves already had ambient sounds, but hey...guess we have to try and justify those bats somehow :)
