Getting a black screen

I just installed the mod using the mcpatcher method. But when i log into the game i get a black screen. Did i do something wrong i followed it step by step

Followed what exactly step by step?

Is there an error log (called modloader.txt found in your .minecraft folder) that you could post to give us some more information?

Make sure that when you install with MCPatcher your order, from top down, is ModLoader, then BTW, then all of the MCPatcher options. If you don't do this you will blackscreen.

i thought it might have been from the new mc update cause i had it on before and it was fine until the new mc update came

i followed the mcpatcher way step by step on the site everything is in the right order when i open patcher

Whoa wait. So you updated to 1.4.6? That's your issue then. BTW currently is not updated and will not work on the new update.

You can use MCNostalgia to downgrade back to 1.4.5, or wait for BTW to be released for 1.4.6
