No Optifine but what about GLSL Shaders?

If you're having problems with your installation of Better Than Wolves, or if you've woken up in the future and are beginning to doubt the nature of reality, here's the place to post about it.

No Optifine but what about GLSL Shaders?

Post by saucyjohn »

Well since I discovered that Optifine and BTW don't play nice I am wondering of there is anyway to get GLSL working with MCPatcher and BTW. I have a working 1.3.2 version of GLSL but if I try and install MCPather, GLSL and Modloader and BTW then it doesn't work. Anybody have any success with this??

As far I know, You need Otifine for the Shaders.
I have tried it too with MCPatcher is the reason why i switched to optifine
Consistency is the last refuge of the unimaginative

It actually works better without Optifine and just using MCPatcher. Th problem is when you try and add Better than Wolves and patch it with Mcpatcher then you loose the ability to use the GLSL shaders and I can't figure out why. I have tried installing GLSL first and then patching it with MCPatcher and it works perfectly but then if I try and add Modloader and BTW with or without Mcpatcher I am either loose the shaders with MCPatcher or I get a weird crash (adding BTW manually).
