BTW doesn't exactly put focus on realism. It does, however, focus on internal consistency. It makes most things intuitive, and justifies the processes and applications of items and blocks. Hell, if BTW was focused on realism, why would we be infusing the souls of the damned into our equipment and delving into the occult? :)

I really think you should avoid the suggestion subforum entirely. Including this thread.

Bumping because it needs to be. Can we please get a sticky? This thread has pretty much reached the point of no discussion, but it needs to be near the top to be read.

Yeah, agreed. The bumps are getting almost as annoying as the suggestions :)

Probably won't change much, since people who aren't willing to read the subforum rules also aren't willing to read this. But at least we can say it's there :P

I think this forum gives and important outlet to the need to share an cool idea.

Like I saw on the forums: FC gains more from people bitching about vanilla than people suggesting things for BTW.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems like there's an important difference between something posted to say "I like this idea and think this should be in the mod!" and one posted to say "I like this idea and wish to practice design and speculation upon it with the other forum members."

Because the suggestions forum is not a place for discussion of that kind. Perhaps if it were in the BTW Discussion forum, or Off-Topic Discussion it would be more appropriate.

Very well then, if that is the case from now on, I shall note it for future reference.

There are people that do that in real life too. It just requires more blood, chanting , candles and a unique outlook on life. BTW just stream lines the process more soul gathering fun less billowing robes and Latin verb conjugation.
