Crafting a Block Dispenser?

As far as I know I am doing it right......

But I just cannot seem to craft it, any help?

i dont know your texture pack but it could be that its red dye nod redstone???

This is the old recipe.
Check every now and then the OP, or the wiki, the recipes are about to change for the next release, and some will include new blocks who are not in the mod currently.
