how do you craft a filament?
Sorry if the answer is glaring obvious, but both recipe lists given are not good. One is completely outdated, and one is partially updated... Anyone have a full recipe list link? If not, please tell me how to craft a darn filament. This mod just stumps me sometimes...

the wiki is there for a reason
Put redstone dust, glowstone dust and hemp fibres into a cauldron with normal flames under it. You can use string in place of hemp fibres if needbe.
