I've been having some trouble attaching my waterwheel to a millstone. I'll screenshot my set up and hopefully I'm just missing something obvious.

Pretty simple, right? Waterwheel is turning, attached to gearbox to axles to gearbox to axle to millstone, with hemp loaded.
Any assistance? Whatever I try, the power doesn't get transferred out of the waterwheel through the axles.
Thanks,
Kyle

But if it makes you feel any better, did the exact same thing with my first one.
It's handy to have other things to hang the gearbox against, like a wall or ceiling or pillar. That makes it easy to be facing the way the gearbox expects.

Heh, thanks. Good to see some Kyle's out there.
And thanks for the help too. I fixed the problem by switching around the facings of each gearbox until they all aligned.
Another pic now that it's working.
