Right, and a tough one at that since a majority of them aren't exactly actively involved in the Minecraft community. Can't hurt to try, though.

Upon review, I'd like to point out that the following mods in the mod pack precisely state (through copyright licenses or otherwise) that the content of said mods are to be only distributed by the author, or distributed with the consent of the author:

IC2
Eloraam's Mods
Equivalent Exchange
Better Than Wolves
SDK's Mods
Mo' Creatures
Millenaire
Somnia
MAtmos

(I'm unsure about the others, as I didn't see any licenses within the posts, but either way, even one mod in the pack makes the pack illegal. Just some ammunition for those who wish to fight this battle.)

If I can ask a small favor here, can you guys take the time to upvote any comments appearing on the Yogscast video that mention the copyright infringement here. I'd at least like to make that issue as known as possible.

Have been upvoting the copyright infringement and downvoting the 'this is great, steal more please' for half an hour now. I've actually broken my YouTube silence for the first time over this issue and the four comments I've made myself have resulted in a steady stream of flames. Good thing I've got a bloody thick skin when it comes to entitled children with a surplus of self-esteem.

While I feel bad about them posting the modpack and the negative feelings it's brought to Flower, I must say I find it hilarious to read some of the comments. I mean really, some of them are on a level I don't think I've heard since elementary school. This is nostalgia gold!
