Upper Man / 29meat - mysterious Japanese BTW player!

EDIT: Here is a link to his channel.

He isn't always active, but when he is on he goes hard. He responds to the stream chat very rarely.

~~~
It has long been said that the BTW community is a lot larger than just the folks that browse this forum and the Vioki discord, and this YouTube channel is proof:
He plays on Hardcore mode, which is insane. His first series does not begin with the start of his world, but he starts another one in another video. I thought he had gone inactive, but he uploaded again today!
Comments disabled on his videos, so it is difficult to communicate with him. I don't speak Japanese, but maybe somebody that does could interpret what he says when he speaks briefly. I intend to have a watch of his whole adventure at some point to see if he has any cool survival strategies that we haven't thought of. His use of full leather armor is smart, he gets a ton of leather.
Tons of uploads these past few days! It looks like 29meat is getting into the swing of things again. The full thrall.
He uploads so often I can hardly keep up! I usually just end up only watching his latest vids at 4x speed, since I won't understand what he's saying anyway.
In Meat's latest videos, he travels to the nether and spawns a bunch of stuff to play with. This is a pretty clever idea, I've never thought to "train" in BTW to be ready for certain situations. Certainly this would be an activity that FC would have frowned upon, but for more anxious players, this might be a nice way to practice and be comfortable with the difficulty level.
Upper Man is back with another hardcore run. According to a google translation of his stream description, he is playing with even stricter rules on top of the fact that he is playing a hardcore world.
He apparently isn't allowing himself to enter surface ravines unless through a cave. He possibly isn't allowing himself to tunnel in the nether? And some other rules that I can't quite make out in the translation.
He is a legend. He does things that nobody in the west has ever thought to do.
Very impressive! Has anyone attempted to get in touch, on the off chance that they speak English/have decent translation software?
I try to chat with him via youtube comments but he never seems to read chat or just doesn't understand. Maybe he doesn't wish to speak?
My friends and I spammed him to join our server and he eventually commented back something cheeky that I couldn't understand. He does not seem interested in trying any addons ;p
He does post little comments or observations in the chat sometimes. Especially when he dies
I did defeat the dragon in hardcore mode, but the moment I entered the exit, the game crashed and the data was corrupted, so I think it's a bug?
Feels bad man. I think it's safe to give Upper Man the dragon-slayer role since he completed the game on his Youtube channel. Also thanks for reporting bugs, I know you like your exploits but patching them does make the game smoother and more consistent.
Dragon slayer is a discord only thing (I don't even have the power to do role stuff here given that I not an admin), but yes that would qualify :)
Killing the dragon is very similar to dying in the minecraft code. Could very well bug out there yeah😅
