Does anyone use the ID configuration?

I am currently cleaning up a lot of the code for the config file for the first release of the community edition for BTW and removing some old options that don't make much sense to include anymore.

As a part of that, does anyone actually use the config options for changing the block, item, and other IDs? It seems to me like a legacy feature from when compatibility with other mods was a concern so it seems safe to rip out, but I want to double check with people first as it would very much mess with anyone who was using the option.

I don't but there may be some people using very old worlds and I'm unsure the forum is the best way to reach people.

So an update:
I ended up figuring out a way to automatically convert all the existing config options into code to generate the new format. So now instead of copying over a thousand entries manually it ended up being much easier. I still doubt anyone uses the id configs but I decided to copy it over given how much easier that made it.
