Ok. It's way too late atm and I should head to bed, but the TP is up to date, or should be at least. Please let me know if I screwed something up. I'll do my best to take care of any issues first thing in the morning. Take care, and enjoy!

- Updated to BTW 4.70.
- Added tanned leather armor textures.
- Added wool armor textures.
- Added padded armor textures.
- Added Diamond Ingot texture.
- Changes/tweaks/additions to leather, scoured leather, tanned leather and cut variants.

- Updated leather armor textures.
- Updated gimp suit textures.
- Updated diamond armor and tool textures (again) to better fit with their new recipes.
- Changed the breeding harness item icon.
- Changed the padded block texture.
- Changed the glue icon texture.
- Added BTW chain armor file as I had forgotten to duplicate that one into the correct folder.
- Slightly tweaked the selection indicator for the hotbar.
- Slight tweaks to the creeper face to better resemble the vanilla one.
- Added char.png - I had no idea that anyone used this, but TheGatesOfLogic asked me to add it so I did :)
- Added char_stevette.png in case anyone wants a Stevette rather than a Steve.
- Lava animation speed is halved.
- Various minor tweaks.

The reason for me noticing it actually was when I played without internets I noticed an out of place 16x16 Steve. Thanks for that man!

I would like to personally ask you since i am feeling the stress of grad school finals, may i use your BTW armors except the plate armor? i plan on making my own but right now its very hard.... :(

Hey Tekei, great pack. loving it tremendously.

Only thing I've noticed that seemed off, are the splash effects of splash potions. a red text scrolls from 'test' 1-9. Im not sure which potion did it. Since I wasn't the one throwing them.

Oh! Great! You've found one of the "unidentified" textures lol. I've been having trouble finding out where those textures were used.
Unfortunately I won't be able to fix it today but I'll do my best to have an update out on friday.

Hey guys. I have a question for you all, but first I'd like to apologize for the lack of updates lately. I haven't forgotten about the TP or anything, I've just been busy with other stuff lately and since no new textures have been added to BTW I've been thinking that it wouldn't hurt with a small break. I will keep the TP up to date and I will continue tweaking and adding new things. Don't worry.

Now to the question:
Usually I ask these kinds of questions on the IRC but I'll go with a forum post for this one :)
I've been contemplating whether I should make coal ore a bit easier to spot in the lowest strata than it currently is. The reason I've kept it as it currently is, is because from what I can tell it's similarly difficult to spot in the vanilla TP.
I'm not sure if one of the intended consequences of hardcore stratification from FCs part is that coal should be more difficult to spot, and therefor I've been hesitant to change it. I do feel though that it's not really difficult to spot the coal as much as it strains my eyes to look for it so I've been thinking a few alterations I could make to ease that. What do you guys think?

maybe ask FC if it is a feature or not and maybe then change it but i can't see it being one cause all other ores down there are easy to see so might be an something he has not noticed

I like that it is hard to spot. By the time you are digging through that level you shouldn't be scrounging for coal, if you are that hard up for coal use your kiln.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I ahd a quick chat with FC on IRC last night as well and I've decided to keep things as they are for now.
I'm working on an update though but I'm currently a bit busy so I can't really give a time frame.

Sorry for the frequent updates. It seems I was lazy when testing the animated millstone as it was only animated when powered and empty. As soon as items where added to the inventory the animation stopped. That has now been fixed. I also realized that netherrack has it's own set of meta data meaning that I can make textures specifically for grinding netherrack. I think I'll add that to the todo-list.
Anyway, the animation should work properly in version 1.9b. If you find any other odd behaviour, please let me know.

Yeah, that would be absolutely awesome! :)

The only blocks with custom animations so far are the millstone and furnace. I have a few more ideas but I'm not sure if they're possible and my time has been rather limited lately. Otherwise, the portal animation is one of my favourites.
