How to correctly install BTW 3.92-4.12 with OptiFine

Does using AVG or JW cause any issues with the workings of BTW? As I have MC running with those 2 classes included. Doesnt seem to do much to either mod (at least nothing I have noticed..)
Just wish both these mods worked together fully.

EDIT - JW.class seems to crash when a chicken tries to eat seed on the ground. So yeah. JW from BTW needs to be used. Still using AVG from OptiFine seems to be working fine. I guess Ill find out at a later stage lol

Also the same install process works with 4.20 of BTW :)

It's too bad Minecraft is nearly unplayable for me without Optifine. I can tolerate most of the losses, but the loss of particles is a surprisingly subtle change that I didn't notice until it became an inconvenience.

I can tolerate it for now, but I wonder what I'm gonna do if one of the two mods change in such a way that the two will never be compatible? As Minecraft progresses, subtle to major changes will be required in the coding and updating of mods. Optifine is no exception and FlowerChild updates like a maniac!

Minecraft 1.4.2 is out, BTW for MC 1.4.2 is also out.
But can i combine this in the way that optifine wil work. Because that version does'nt work like the way you describe here.

Here is what I found for OptiFine (HD_U_D2) and BTW (4-35b) for MC 1.4.4

azy - BTW (textures are messed up without this class)
bac - BTW
bak - BTW
md - BTW (Crashes if using the optifine class file md)


bao - Opti
bap - Opti (Crashes if using the BTW class file bap)
baq - Opti/BTW (tried both files and neither cause crashes or anything out of the ordinary. Of course something from BTW may be broken, and I cant find exactly what the optifine file does - play with either as I didn't notice a change in FPS with the opti fine over the BTW file)

These are, essentially, my thoughts as well, in as such that I've stopped using OptiFine completely.
