After seeing a few things that happened before when people were just whitelisted pretty much just for asking... Yeah, I like the slower creep in new players. Both because of outright troublemakers, and because of those who get whitelisted, hop on once or twice, and are never seen again. (I still have an ugly cobble building practically in my front yard from one of those)

Anyhow, yeah sorta only fair to mostly work down the list, and better to not have too many new players at once. Pretty sure if you ask around you will find I am not against new players either.

And so far my connection has been stable, and the server seems faster. I was surprised when i used my mining charges and they fired off with no lag delay. surprised and mildly dead. lol

I plan on building a rather large medieval city and I'd like to build it in a smp server. Hope it can be yours. :)

Connections still been remarkably stable, and no nether issues yet. whatever you did FF, it seems to have fixed the server, at least for me.

I updated to 4.16, I realise the server is 4.14 currently, and it tells me this when i login, will this in anyway cause anyharm logging in with the higher version?

Also, I cant quite get my dogs to produce dung, fed and sitting, tried with them in a dark room on half slabs, dark room full blocks, light room half slabs, light room full blocks, and a bunch of different food, cooked and uncooked varients, and yes they are sitting. I got the wolves originally from eggs pre btw, would that have something to do with it?(didnt use the eggs till after btw was installed) their pups(all grown up) wont produce dung either. Can someone point out my ignorance as to how I am doing it wrong?

Server has been updated. In regards to your wolfies frosty, they should poop just fine. ^_^ make sure to feed them the right stuff though.

I'd like to join in on this as well if only because of the system for whitelisting you have in place. I don't like playing on servers where people only play casually and don't put any heart into their builds, and this seems like a very good system for weeding those people out.

I'm currently in the process of changing the roads and cleaning up the landscape (existing buildings won't be changed)
of the Marketplace.
Unfortunately "Shadey Dealings" has to be "closed down" and relocated due to some changes I plan to make.
The villager there was no longer present :(

Well, I got my "convertible" bedroom finally done, but found out that running that many BDs at once tends to leave quite a few of the particles from the "eaten" blocks on the screen...

I tried recreating it in a SP world and seem to run into the same problem, don't know if it is my computer can't handle it or if I got something messed up, or if that is just the way it is. Anyhow, it still works but I have to relog to clear all the leftover particles to enjoy it. Ah well, it was still fun to build and I will most likely continue to add more variations, just a bit disappointed that the "coolness factor" is not quite as high as I had hoped.

probably just your computer's too weak for that many or something, try lowering particles under options. That or that many particles are freaking out the server. :P

yeah, think it is my computer being too week. Wasn't the server because I had the same issue in SP. Anyhow fixed the issue by delaying sections so it wasn't firing so many BDs at once. Note to self, upgrade computer before trying to simultaneously (or pretty much so) firing 146 BDs.

Good news to me, is I think it is even cooler now with the room changing in sections!

I intend to leave everything to default. But yeah, I like the hardcore beds. =) I do understand it is somewhat of a hassle for those that live far away at the moment, but they likely already have paths/nether paths available anyway. =)

After talking with a few guys from the server [mostly minidobs] I decided I would do a server play (let's play run from a server) here and my first video should be up within or shortly after the hour. Sorry if it's a bit boring its episode 1 and it was rather impromptu so I had no chance to plan it. Have no fears though I will definitly be doing more and working on things to talk about it any of you have any ideas please let me know :D
