Hemp paper

Hemp used to be the main source of paper. it can be again, please Xd

Hemp does not make for a very suitable paper. Papyrus made from reeds or Cyperus Papyrus is actually taken from the stem of the plant, actually being peeled off rather than processed. To use Hemp as paper requires significant amounts of processing that doesn't fit in well with the current tech stuff i feel. I recognize that Minecraft != Reality... but this just seems like a waste of time as Paper is already easily obtainable.

papers also pretty useless... but otherwise fair enough, except i don't think this is a complete waste of time. thankfully it'll probably only take a few mins to do it for myself :)
