'Emo'? Nick Cave, Tom Waits, and Maggie Estep are 'Emo'?

I do believe you just killed what small lingering remnant was left of my faith in humanity.

bahahahaha... sorry, i don't mean emo in the modern "i'm a kid with black hair and makeup" sense of the word... i mean it in the original 1980's "this world sucks, go fuck yourself" dark and brooding sense of the word. i'm definitely a tom waits fan.

having said that:

Hehe...you're still relatively new to the community Ren, so you may not be too familiar with what a sadistic prick I can actually be when it comes to teasing folks about new features ;)

And don't forget the occasional blatant spoilers (like with BTB) to cause confusion and chaos

"Look at my new world!"

"Is that oil?"

"Isn't this windmill awesome!"

"That is totally oil..."

So I remember seeing in a few posts you were in the army long ago, FC. You weren't psyops per chance, were you?

Lol! No man, I was just a grunt in the reserves. Primarily a light machine gunner. I'm big on the "dakka dakka" :)

I could guess, but then FC would bring out something completely different and make me look like more of an idiot so I'll just be waiting patiently this time.

Yup, that's generally the best way to go.
Alternatively, you can call him on trolling every time he gives us a hint on anything. I may look like an idiot every time he releases a teaser and there's really something to it, but hell, I'll be right eventually ^.^

As the old saying goes, even a stopped clock is right two times a day.

And now back to the new feature... I'm not even going to bother guessing at since I've no idea what it may be.

It could be something as deceptively simple as HCB, totally useless and silly like gimp suits (atleast before breeding harnesses came into play), or something amazing like BTB (which made me want to use build craft for the first time).

Reminds me of a post regarding trolling made by FC himself.

"It's only effective if sometimes you troll and sometimes you don't. Trolling everytime gets boring fast. Not knowing whether something is real or not, now this is were the fun starts." (or something along those lines)

The whole Forum is running around chasing their tails.
Well played, FC.... again.

I'm of the opinion that he's always trolling, even if there is something to it.

Hehe...many significant features of the mod start out looking totally useless.

Hemp, Dung, Tanned Leather, the Gimp Suit, are all examples. Many of them still don't have their full intended use in the mod yet either ;)

It does have a use, storing items.

Hence why it's for adventure maps. The mapmakers can hide goodies in vases.

Well, my concentration is currently affected by this tooth situation I have going on, so any form of time estimate I could provide would be grossly inaccurate.

Not that I'd provide one anyways :)

If it helps any, I strongly suspect this new feature will be ready for release within the next six months ;)
