Folks have gotten BTW on Switch and Steam Deck. How could you possibly play BTW on a cellphone?

I did it using the Pojav launcher app. It runs Java edition minecraft. Setup has to be done via PC as the files for said app are not allowed to be accessed by the phone's file browser. I've only done this with android so I can't speak for other systems. You have to set up a custom minecraft version with an edited .json file and the respective modded jar.

Hi,
Its little information given here but i managed to recreate it.
I used the pojav launcher as described
And just made a normal btw1.4 installation on my pc (as far as i know this is the latest version that works because of the fabric requirements in versions after that)

Then just got the file(the custom made version)on my phone in the android/data/net.kdt.pojavlaunch/files/.minecraft/versions; folder

After that you just select the version under installed version in the instance menu in the launcher on your phone. That worked for me on an android
and it works like a charm :)
