Chicken problem

Hi,
I play on version CE 1.3.10b and I have big issue with chicken. When I put chicken in my farm they die after few minutes, dont matter if I feed them or not

Your pen is not spider proof, they can easily climb over the walls to get to the chickens.

Spiders are not the problem. This chicken literally expload after few minutes and drop 3-5 feathers

Pretty funny that you said they "die after a few minutes" at first. You'd think "they explode" would be what you think is the most useful information here, ha.

Hehe yeah the lack of description about exploding is what threw me off initially as well. I thought it would be weird to be spiders without evidence of webs (although that pen truly isn't spider-proof), but simply saying they died instead of violently exploded made me think spiders first :P
