Input lag on 1.5.2 Mac OS 10.15

Hi.

I would like to try my favourite Minecraft mod again but I am struggling with input lag issues on Mac OS 10.15.
Frame rate is good but there is a noticeable delay when I move the character or the camera.
I already encountered that issue last time I played BTW a few years ago also on a Mac. I remember that I had to replace some file in the Minecraft dir to fix this input lag thing. Some related to OpenGL.
I was almost certain that the solution came from this forum but I can't find the topic.
If someone remembers anything about this and can point me to some howto that would be great.
