Show your HCS Shelters

With the new HCS changes (read) the Spoiler thread to know better what has change.
I want to create a "show your build" just for HCS spawn shelters, you can even create shelters in creative mode. Just to give us ideas what do you guys think s crucial to a shelter miles from your home.You do not necessarily need to put screenshots, just say like things that in your opinion are indispensable.

1- Renewable food source;
2- A compass (more than one);
3- Tools ( maybe one iron sword, but at least a few wodden axes and picks);
4- Torches (at least 16);
5- Sail

Yours is beautiful! Is it notional or an actual HCS?

Here is mine from my first post portal HCS. Not much on looks, this is pre mechanical power but it has been my savior so it has that "lived in" beauty to me.
