I used to read and follow all that stuff on talk.origins (on Usenet) back in the day. Doesn't seem like much has changed. Overly smug TV Scientist vs. Old-fashioned, but harmless belief system.

Yeah, this forum doesn't have a "no religion" rule, but on the other hand, it does have a "no trolling" rule, and I can't see this thread serving any purpose other than to provoke confrontation on a sensitive subject.
