Automating entertainment

Has anyone automated their entertainment yet? Not of the mod from an out of game stand point but more like a "What would steve entertain himself with?" standpoint. Something to kill a little in game time with.
My plans are to build a redstone AI which will pick out supplies and mobs and torture said mobs with said supplies in a simple arena designed by the AI (or perhaps a random number generator). Also the AI will be responsible for replacing used supplies by kicking the resource supply machines into action (kilns, soul bottlers, tnt, iron, gold factories, etc).

I once was working on an idea for a silicon sheath and corresponding software to do exactly this.

@CreeperCannibal I've always thought of the Auto-kiln as Steve's home entertainment center. Now that you can bake with it, the entertainment is endless!

I'll have to assume that's a little inferno refrence. Otherwise it's whatever floats your boat ;) I just perfer watching nonsensical wackyness unfold upon zombies n' such at the hands of a redstone information processor.

It also seems that others just perfer silicon sheaths :)
