Microsoft Surface 2 is about to come out. I really want one, but my budget doesn't allow for it. Looks really great though :)

I know it's Microsoft, but it's just the best tablet out there for artists, since it can run Photoshop and has builtin Wacom.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 also has built in Wacom, but it doesn't run the "full" PC version of Photoshop. It is cheaper though. The new 2014 edition looks pretty nice.
