I'm not sure if I've been active enough to be considered for whitelisting (definitely not for the last two months, what with moving house and all) but thought I may as well ask =^.^=

Can someone try connecting to the server and let me know if you get an error message when you do?

I'm getting an error that seems to indicate something is wrong on Mojang's end, but I'm not entirely certain as I don't know much about the whole server admin thing.

If anyone knows what's happening there, I'd be much obliged for the info, as I want to make sure this isn't a bug in the new release.

Thanks for that man! I'm such a total newb when it comes to being an admin. The info is much appreciated, and I'm happy to hear it's not mod related!

Sucks though, as right after a new release is one of the few times I feel comfortable playing SMP, as otherwise I feel like I should be testing my new features rather than playing without them :)

So a hardcore pvp server with BTW sounds amazing to me.

Nah man, I don't think that's a good idea. The deal is that me and Battosay need to know and trust the people involved, otherwise it's only a matter of time before the cheating commences.

This may suck for you in this present circumstance, but it sucks far less than when your base has clearly been destroyed by an xray hack.
