Errors on two Seperate Servers

Post by Furaites »

Good Day Folks,
I am a returning BTW player with a new PC...and therefore went through all the steps to install a fresh version of MC, got 1.5.2 jar via Profile load, and then installed BTW(Just BTW) via MC Patcher.

On Server 1. I am a returning player, I have a base an existing player file the whole nine yards on that server. Everytime I go to connect to that Server, as soon as it starts loading it crashes with a Ticking Entity Error. (Other Players can load in and out of the chunk I am in just fine)

On Server 2. I am a Ne player, have nothing and am trying to connect for the first time. I try to connect to that server and it comes up Recieved String length is less than Zero. Wierd String!

WOOOHOOOO I fixxed it....damn that was complicated.

So all my errors were because Minecraft Launcher kept overwriting the modified files and rewriting to the vanilla Jar....

So in order to stop it from doing that I had to go through and edit the Json file within the Mcpatcher Jar Folder to delete a section of code and stop it from autoupdating the Jar to a vanilla Jar

Not to be a hardass about it, but there's like several threads on this forum already to explain that :p. Next time use the search function?
