I'm entirely uncertain what blocks you are showing me and whether or not this occurs specifically due to deco or not.

Can you please explain what the bug you're reporting actually is?

Stone stairs new to 4.A7 on the left, cobblestone stairs on the right, neither are from deco.

Not the OP, but probably means that stairs added by Deco addon have the same bug.
