Post by Panda »

I dont know if this is the right place for this but, would it be possible to creat a launcher that doesnt ask if you would like to update, reason being because inbetween vMc's update and btw update occasionally i click yes and have to reinstall btw, or my other half updates when im not home and when i go into my world it gets corrupted.... grr...
Sorry if this is too off topic for suggestions.

not exactly a solution, but what I do when a new update comes out is backup my jar, then allow it to update. once it has done that, the version file is updated, and it will no longer ask to update. You can then restore your jar, and it will still not ask you to update. Its a little bit of work, but seems worth it to avoid the constant upgrade reminders.

I quit logging in until my favorite mod is updated, as well.
