According to the 2.13 changelog, it's been changed :)

Changed the fertilizer recipe to be made in a cauldron, and to use potash instead of dung. This, combined with the the block dispenser change above, allows for automation of flowers.

I've made some progress today.
Ive started from scratch and made some needed organisational changes.

So now we have a fresh new fox that for now behaves like ocelots. And if they are sitting and have a block above them they now use a sleeping pose.

Sock's Mobs This Add-on will add new animals to BTW. Right now I'm still working on the behavior and hope to have that done soon and bring out a release. I'm just trying to find a reason why to use mining charges. As at the moment they feel too expensive to use for mining as like dynamite or powder kegs smooth stone will only drop stone items. I feel like that just the advantage of getting 100% ore drops from mining charges isn't enough for me to use...

Hmm according to the wiki conversion gravel to sand by mining charge is supposed to be a thing. Maybe the wiki is wrong? My main issue is not getting full blocks of cobble from smooth stone, but the stone item.

Using Mining Charges I have observed that Smooth Stone will not drop a Cobble variant, but Stone items. Powder Kegs will cause Smooth Stone to drop Stone items, but this is expected. Further experiment showed that: Loose Cobble will drop itself, as expected. Mortared Cobble will drop Gravel Blocks, ...
