I don't know why someone would kill someone else. I could speculate, but the answer would most likely be wrong.

And would be happy to post any recipe for Armenian food whatsoever. This. Do this. I've many cultures' foods in my cookbooks, but no Armenian. Honestly the best american cooking i've had has been 80% of the time cooked by african americans = ] oh the ribs and greens....Yum <3 Armenian is something ...

That would be quite contradictory to his usual "don't fuck with existing worlds" approach.

Re: Food from Home.

How about a general cooking thread? I'm not cooking often enough, so I suppose it would be good incentive for me to get into it again somewhat more often.

Re: Mount & Blade: My newest obsession

Heh, you guys should definitely stay away from Rhodok sergeants then. I defeated armies three times larger than my own with only twenty of them (supported by lower ranking Rhodok infantry and crossbowmen). I stormed a city defended by three hundred Saranids with about thirty of the guys. Lost most o...

Re: TerraFirmaCraft (Total overhaul of MC, almost DF style)

When I first watched that video I got really excited, but halfway through I realised how tedious it all is. It just makes everything harder, but offers no rewards or actual new content. Just more difficulty. It is perfect for survival players, but I enjoy building too much to spend so much effort in...

Re: You Are Minecraft: MCF Community Project

I did it, and it's kinda pathetic how many Steves there are. They really should make a rule that you need to have a skin other than the default before you make a statue. Why? Isn't the statue hall supposed to resemble the minecraft community? Not allowing people who haven't created their own skin t...

Re: What do you do with Sindings, Mouldings and Corners?

Higher resolution architecture. You can make more interesting structures with trims and the likes. Columns in particular look much better with added sidings/mouldings. I honestly can't wait until sidings for other materials than stone and wood are added, the possibilities for building would be endle...

I read a bunch. Dr. McNinja, SMBC, Red Meat and The Perry Bible Fellowship Comics are my favourites. The last two especially for their absurd and sometimes rather disturbing sense of humour.

Re: How often to feed the Wolves in my Dung Farm?

I simply use two decay-timers linked up to eachother with one outputting to four dispensers. Every ten minutes my dispensers dispense some juicy, rotten meat. Not 100% efficient, but I do have over two stacks of dung by now.

Re: BTW blocks turning invisible after long journeys

I'm hesitant to update to 1.2.3 as the texture pack I'm using doesn't support the lens block. I'll give it a shot however. I also doubt that it's my graphics card, as a newly generated world has no issues whatsoever. It's just those two worlds that have this problem. edit; upgraded to 1.2.3 and ever...

Re: Finite Water Mod and BOD

I quite enjoy BOD actually. While it's true that it's either too easy or too hard to find anything, with the right mining technique you'll find something soon enough. The main reason I prefer it over vanilla is that you don't have to dig endless tunnels in order to find small amounts of ore. Instead...

BTW blocks turning invisible after long journeys

This is the second time this occured to me, all the blocks added by BTW in my world have turned invisible. The collision meshes are still there, they just lost their texture. In both cases it occurred after exploring for a distance of about 2.000 blocks. The first time I figured it may have been cau...

Re: What's the one thing that "sold" you on BTW?

The tech-tree. I never really liked those large game-changing mods like IC, BC and whatnot as they didn't fit the feel of minecraft and had all weird kinds of overpowered gimicks. The BTW tech-tree seemed very reasonable, and well thought out with proper progression. It gave you a goal to work towar...

Gravel isn't that hard to come by, nor is iron. And we have buttons for the second application. I don't know if your idea would 'fit the mod,' but it does seem awfully useless as it is now.

Re: I hate lava lakes---A pictorial saga of HCB

It's nothing like minecraft. The only draw between the two is that they both represent the world in cubes/square tiles. And even then, DF is a 2d representation of a 3d world (2d, not isometric). DF is an indepth strategy game with more carnage, dead kittens and murderous elephants than any other ga...

Re: CobbleStone Generator Chaechew Style

This is a work of art man. The generator I concocted this morning is a toddler's crayon drawing compared to this, I don't see how you were even remotely afraid of this being considered a one-up-manship. Very elegant design, and a ridiculously high output. Well done. Also: However, when i saw his tit...

Re: BUD Automated cobblestone generator

Thanks. I figured I could use timers but thought this might result in a higher harvesting rate, as it could potentially harvest the moment a block of cobblestone is formed. In other news, waking up causes it to jam. I really don't know why it would do that. I'm already trying to think of a way to au...

BUD Automated cobblestone generator

Today I managed to build this contraption, a automated cobblestone generator using the buddy block. I haven't seen anything like it before, so I figured I'd share it. Though to me it was quite an achievement, it really isn't much. It is essentially a monostable circuit linked to a BD that alternatel...
