Re: New Release! (BTW V4.15)

Loving all these updates! Thanks! Quick question, why don't you use adfly? Don't get me wrong, I love that you don't--but even if you included an adfly download link in addition to the regular one, I know I would use it. I don't have a lot of extra money right now, and it would be an easy way to sh...

May I suggesting making long-standing server operators a new class? With administrative powers over this subforum or the future blacklist thread only if that's possible. It'd make keeping the list easier.

Re: Upcoming design change: The Endermen are coming

Oh wow guys, that's some pie in the sky guessing. As much as I'd love most of what was posted here, it'd be way too much work to a very small effect. Also, let's face it, constatly enraged endermen(spawn, dirt hovel, night, WHAM, LOLTELESLAPINURFAYS), and endermen that teleport in the middle of your...

Re: [BTW 4.14] [Friendly Server] It takes a Village

I would like to contribute as well. I'm good with redstone/mechanics with a tendency to build tiny aesthetic builds. I like to build around/into terrains with challenging constraints. I prefer someone else do the utilities/roads though. IGN: Poppycocks Contrib: I've had this idea for a full auto tre...

Re: Much puzzlement over Mob Farms/Grinders...

You could try testing the map in a non-SPC installation on survival. Just light up the space before testing as you won't be able to keep the game day. I'm interested in how that' will work out.

Hm. I'll keep that in mind about the siding. Does that still work given the new water physics changes in release 4.14?
It should as there's no water above the urn hopper - there's a siding.

Re: Seeking suggestions on how to dispense an exact amount.

You can isolate the hoppers by placing siding above one of the two. I usually put it above the urn hopper. The urns will still fall in. Then again that indicates that your whole pottery system is dedicated to making urns and I find that too be too much work for too little gain. Putting the urns in m...

Well, a screenshot would come in handy there.

Are you using this one?

Or this one?

Or something else entirely which so happens to be a clock instead? :D

Re: Humble Bundle 6

I've checked out the rest of the pack games, I love block breaker, so shatter is looking highly tempting. I'll probably keep it to kill those few minutes if edo is down :D.

The other games seem neat as well.

Humble Bundle 6

Well well well, it looks like humble bundle 6 is out. Two of my personal highlights in this bundle are • Space Pirates and Zombies (Top down star control style space shooter with some strategy mixed in) • Torchlight (action rpg) I also hear that Dustforce is great. All in all that's a pretty sweet d...

Re: Seeking suggestions on how to dispense an exact amount.

I'm usually building my urn bottler with a buddy block which detect urn placement. The signal from the buddy block goes trough a repeater set to two, inverted and goes into a block dispenser with a half + full block. From there it forks into a inverted monostable which powers the urn placing dispens...

Re: Welcome to Edolas (Server information)

Yeah, I finally managed to connect, fooled around a little, went to the nether, got stuck, DC'd to log in again, BAM, can't reach server / communication error. My little theory says that the server doesn't drop the connection when I disconnect after getting stuck like that. It might have something t...

Yup, it's down. I had some connection problems yesterday as well, I was getting stuck when moving trough a portal, couldn't reconnect for a few minutes after disconnecting - etc. But it's genuinely down now.

You can grow tall grass and flowers out of a grass planter. You can harvest whatever it grows with a block dispenser.

I'm partial to landscapes like this one:

Something that gives me a chance to build around, on top and into. I've got a tendency to build compact tiny aesthetic builds and that kind of a landscape goes well with them.
