Yeah, never really liked SDK's mods (aside from the jetpack and grappling hook) but whenever big modders like him decide to not use Forge it really helps everyone in the end.

Yeah, I wrote a program I just constantly run that spam's KakerMix with comments using a random generator to constantly come up with new combinations of foul words... I could change a few lines to target these guys >:D

I also cried when I saw that Thaumcraft used Forge. It looked like a good magic mod and would have been a good bit of fun, but... *sigh*

Hmm, I'd love to play on this world, but it seems that the download isn't working for me. It downloads to 0.5 MB, and then stops and doesn't download any more. And it's not my Internet, that's for sure. Everything else is downloading quite snappily.

Yeah, 1.1 broke a lot of container recipes. Jeb said it will be undone in 1.2, but until then you'll just have to endure... UNLESS FC makes one of those "tweak" thingies that fixes container recipes to not snap back to the inventory.

There a few textures that are downright ugly *coughsandstonecough* but I can retexture them to maybe SMP's Revival maybe, and otherwise the pack looks great! Proof that higher res doesn't mean better looks.

This is actually a really great world! It helped me get some of the more... confusing elements of BTW as I get started.

Yes, quite a few "right click" funtions don't work in Creative, like throwing Ender Pearls or putting breeding harnesses on animals. Not really sure the reason, but if you have TMI just switch the world to Survival, place the harness, and go back to Creative.

I'd use Sphax, but my cruddy Mac GPU can't run packs above 64x without dropping below 12 FPS, even with Optifine. So I use either JohnSmith or Faithful 32x, depending on my mood that day. I've been leaning towards Faithful recently just because I like the simplicity.
