Re: another "polish" suggestion(re-melting old armor and too
I mean, what's the point of automating urn production if I only ever need to make 30 pieces of steel? Maybe...you know...someone is still adding features to the mod, and just perhaps they involve steel? You think? Must...stay...away...from...suggestion...threads... Yeah, seriously? Why are you read...

Re: another "polish" suggestion(re-melting old armor and too
I like this idea. To me it seems rather silly that you could use the same 2 dozen or so steel for the rest of eternity. I mean, what's the point of automating urn production if I only ever need to make 30 pieces of steel? This promotes further need for automation since you will always need more. It ...

Thank you for your help.

Turntable/Redstone Interaction bug
When you place redstone next to a turntable that has a rotating redstone torch on it the torch will not rotate, but rather toggle between two sides. Since words don't work very well I made a little video that should illustrate well enough: (Skip to 00:28 or enjoy 30 seconds of black, which ever you ...

Re: Sleeping bag
Yeah, I've briefly considered a bed-roll or something similar in the past, but given beds are fully portable, there really doesn't seem to be much point to something like that. I think there might be sufficient reason to add this if it makes it so you don't get attacked in the dark (or reduced chan...

Re: Axel recipe
I'd say it's informative enough. Seems like something FlowerChild would have likely thought of himself, so I just have a gut feeling that there's a reason it's the way it is. Still, I think it makes sense and wouldn't waste too much of his time, however, I don't think it would really even be necessa...

City of Heroes?
Anyone here play City of Heroes, I mean, when they can tear themselves away from Minecraft?
I played for a few months a year ago, but couldn't afford to keep playing, but now you can play for free!
I'm downloading it again right now. ;D

My vote for 3.
A question I though would be cool to be answered: "Where are you from (continent)?"
Since by country would be unwieldly.

Second on Dune. One of my favorite books ever is the very first one.
Another good book? The Phantom of the Opera by Gaston Leroux. The musical hardly does the book justice.

Re: elevator block bug
Think about it this way. When it goes down and hits a block in real life the rope would just keep falling and gather atop the platform, but it hits a block going up the pulley wouldn't know to stop and keeps pulling til the rope snaps.

Re: Good Books
I am NOT a great reader. In fact, I'm horrible with books. Still, I would recommend the Sword of Truth series by Terry Goodkind. It's well written high fantasy. There are some 9 books or so in the series, but after the 3rd or 4th it gets rather stale and predictable. Still a good read.

I find it interesting that nobody really looked at that ranking until now. I hope I didn't start some kind of race which would most certainly reduce the quality of posts ... One more thing you might want to look at is your post per day ratio (in the User Control Panel) especially you, FC. ;) I don'...

Re: Hibachi power adjacent hibachi
I don't know. The solutions in the discussion forum don't seem to be overly complicated, a challenge, but possible. I feel that's kind of the point if the mod is to figure these things out. If I felt it was borderline impossible I may agree with you, but it really isn't. As an aside I personally jus...

So, other than being cool, why would you need to turn off your hibachis anyway? Just curious.

I haven't really gotten into Portal myself. I'm not much of a puzzle game kind of guy. My brothers and uncle will have to hear about this though.

Re: Steelgrave: PuppetRebel's Utopia Challenge Map
Hmm the mechanical power switching is really cool! Perhaps you could even add a piston to the aqueduct so that the water only flows from there when it is raining? Thanks! That would be pretty cool. It's not essential, but I might consider it. Is this made with indev water capabilites or am I missin...

Re: Sleeping bag
The problem with beds is by simply placing it in the open and sleeping you will defenitlely get attacked. A sleeping roll I think would maybe have a reduced chance of being attacked at night and maybe would be an item that would not be placed, just right click with it, so you wouldn't need a new blo...
