There is one very simple solution to your problem: use 4.30. It is generally not possible to download outdated versions of the mod. Is there any particular reason you do not want to use the most recent version?

pretty much what it says in the title. When a block dispenser picks up a piece of white stone, it picks up white cobble instead.

Could someone else confirm for me that white stone drops white cobble, even when mined with a silk touch pick? It seems like a bug, but I want to make sure that I haven't borked my install first.
