(sub) forum to discuss bugs.

So, this sin't a suggestion for BTW per sé, but for the BTW forums. I fully understand that you don't want the bug reports forum clogged up with conversation(and I agree for the most part), but several bugs seem to promote conversation for several different aspects. I believe a place where us users ...

Re: How do YOU use minecarts?

I've got a system set up using a hybrid of rails and BD's, detector rails and "switched rails" to use as a multi output clock. I've wired up a thirty second, a minute, a five minute, and a half hour clock all off the same rail system, and uses underground lenses to route it where I need it.

That's certainly a neat way of implementing it. Would you mind going over how it was done? I'm thinking about building it in my own world...

Re: BTW V3.70 & Optifine

hypothetically, would it be possible to take the two versions of acq class, run a diff check between them, and create a class file that has the functionality of both modifications? I'm not requesting this be done of course, that violates a couple rules I want to stay on the safe side of, I'm just in...

No no, it makes perfect sense. Not sure what he found that funny though. i think he was saying chicken makes my literal butt feel better...eww... : ( gross boy : ) Probably tacked a 'd' onto the end of it. I did when I first read it. As to a tale of woe, my biggest failure to date was when I was bu...

Re: Reset BD ROM?

It's not compact by any means, but it's possible to do this with a set of linear bytes flipped by your timer, where only one gets set per rotation(either an and gate or a daisy chain counter) and have them all turned off by a pulse from your buddy block(say, by firing a lens). From there, see if it ...

This one doesn't say you removed all traces of 4.0... Any chance of hidden spoilers?

Do you think the traffic increase will last until you post the update? Would that be a good thing, or not?

Re: Any better use for this Cauldron? (non-HCB)

By deploying milk to a villager and creating an elaborate sequence of milk tossing vectors, finally ending in a pressure plate, you could make some elaborate and precise milk-tossing timers... Even better, set up a chain or loop and monitor a segment with a block detector. Repeatable, milk based ti...

Pottery rotations not saved on worldload.

While spinning pottery, if you leave the world(via a portal or save and quit) then the timing for the clay/unfired pottery rotations will reset. Ie: If I leave the world when a clay block has only done 1½ rotations, when I enter again it will need to complete the 2 rotations from scratch, rather the...

Re: Buddy picks up updates from Detector one block away

Isn't the block between them being powered considered a block update? You could replace the DB with a swith or button, and get the same result which would make it intended functionality, no? EDIT: My apologies, would you be kind enough to point me in the direction where discussion of bugs is allowed?
